The Best So Far


Rendang Chicken! Tastes authentic too.

It's not much, and we kinda cheated (because we used a recipe base instead of preparing EVERYTHING from scratch), but I feel proud of accomplishing the feat.

I'll admit, this is my SECOND attempt at it. The first attempt was seriously messed up because we FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS.

Apparently, the angmo version of Rendang Chicken is really messed up. Instructions say two cans of coconut milk. But the whole thing turns out looking like anything but rendang chicken. Tastes funky too! So, attempt one FAILED!

In the second attempt, I put in only HALF can of coconut milk. Success!

Side Order: Happy Birthday Shirley! Hope you're reading this. Told you it's nothing too big, but I'm still proud of it. Haha...

I was about to say that you never cook for me also. Then I remembered the pot of soup at Johnson's house the other day. Hahah.. K la. Maybe next time (if I remember) =P
